I think, this is very interesting work (or a very interesting?)

I will use my knowledge and abilities, which I acquired  (or have acquired?) on my studies and on my traineeships. Previously I was a trainee in district court. In that time, I could learn (or I have learnt?) many interesting things. I learnt, how to write elementary forms to courts or other offices and people.
