Our neighbourhood is famous for burglary. Even in a house at next to mine, has been burgled three times. But by the grace of jex, we never have experience of this kind.

(You do realise that the use of 'by the grace of Jex' is making a joke by paraphrasing 'by the grace of ***'. We don't use 'by the grace of...'something that isn't ***'.' without it having some sort of deeper meaning,
