It all began when Gorkon, the Green’s ambassador, had been sent to Green planet to investigate and make his report of this planet which still harbored life. He was supposed to return soon and deliver his report to Mr. Xau, the president of Galactic Council. Green had been monitored for millennia by the Galactic council.
However, Garkon was late this time, and this delay showed that something wrong was going on. Back at the Council, Garkon reported that Green was in a catastrophic situation; species of animals and plants were threatened to become extinct by pollution. Even worse, the ozone layer was being destroyed, so it emitted more amounts of ultraviolet. Garkon was afraid if something wasn't done on time, the whole planet would be in danger of destruction in twenty or thirty years.
Nonetheless, Garkon’s bad news from Green wasn’t finished, several nations on Green had developed fatal weapons. There was no guarantee that they wouldn’t start a destructive war sooner or later. In addition, dying off the species of the planet showed that the Council must intervene before it was too late. An executive session was about to start in this regard. However, they didn’t want Green to suffer the same fate as Earth did.
