I think that everybody is aware of the problem that face a new pupil when he/she joins to a new school he/she feels shamed to deal with his/her classmates, and he/she will also feels shamed to ask his/her teachers for any difficulties faces in her/his studies. The best way to solve this problem is: program "big brother/big sister".
Steps should be taken in order to solve problem of new pupil.
First and foremost chosen big brother/big sister that has a big experience of many fields such as the fielded of education. Thus will be beneficial to a new pupil to get red of the fear and the shame that he/she has.
In addition, the big brother/big sister helps a new pupil to make friends. Thus he/she will feel that he/she was in school before along period.
Last but not least the program will contain a social activates that will help is to strengthen the relationship among other pupils.
I wish that all schools will adopt this program. Thus all new pupils will not have problems.
