Dear sir/madam,
My name is Shravan, my tata photon number is 123456. My phone number is 123789. I had received a message from tata photon people stating that, Recharge your tata photon no. 123456 with RC 350 and get extra 3 gb and extra 30 days validity. That is a total of 4.5 gb and 60 days validity on 2nd and 3rd of this month and I called up customer care people and got confirmed about this offer and I had also confirmed that I can recharge it either by going to tata photon outlet or through online. I recharged it online with 350 rupees and I have received only 1.5 gb. I didn't receive 4.5 gb and extra 30 days validity please do credit the extra usage with the extra validity. Customer service people are not responding well. I am fed up of calling and talking to them.
