Check my sentences please...

Dear teachers,

Please check my below sentences.

1. I wish them a good luck, yes they look stunning. What else I need to say, no more words.

2. Court asks police to submit/produce all the documents regarding abc case. Are submit and produce interchangeable? If not please do tell me why.

3. I was given a promise by police officer. Is this sentence grammatically correct and natural? Does this mean Police officer has given me a promise me?
