Hi could you check whether my sentences are correct

1. I don't know what she would say.
2. I'm not sure when she will come.
3. He knows whose car this is.
4. I think he really knows what is inside of the wallet.
5. I don't know what you are talking about.

"I think he really knows what is inside of the wallet."

Oo? isn't it should be: "May I know who is this?"
What is the difference between both sentence?

May I know who IS this is ungrammatically correct because questions that start with May I know, so you know, could you tell me.... are indirect questions. The verb be is should be placed after the subject. Who is this, on the other hand, is an example of a direct question.
