Check my opinion please

Hi ,dear friends

Would you please correct me if I am wrong about this structure"get+p.p"?
1.Is get speech form of "be" in passive structure?

Ex:A. Are you studying still? it's 2 o'clock in the morning.
B.I know I just can't seem to get them cut up.

What's the meaning for "cut up" here?
cut up:1.to behave in a playful,comic, or boisterous way,clown.
2.to criticize severely.

So (Get them cut up) :The student doesn't want to be criticized by other or maybe be made fun of .
I think Get + P.P is the same as (Am,is,are)in passive structure.

First, I get tired, then I am tired. 'Tired' is the result' of 'get', while 'tired' is the current condition of 'tired'.

So you mean it is "Passive infinitive" .
"Them' is nothing to do with passive structure in this case,"Them" is additional & wrong.

In a sense of criticizing with passive formation could it be? :Is this line of thinking wrong?
