Dear Sir, Madam
I was very glad when I saw this scholarship opportunity and with this letter I would like to I express my gratitude for such programs, which allow students whose circumstances do not allow them to complete their education.
I have completed my education in the Bachelor of Software Engineering and Information Systems at faculty of informatics engineering in Aleppo University in 2011. I am studying now master degree in Networking at faculty of informatics engineering in Aleppo University. I have finished the first year in master studying and I have started the second year to do master thesis.
I have worked in government Company as software engineer for three years ago and got an excellent experience. My professional goal is to be a foremost lecturer and researcher in the field of Informatics Technology. So, I would like to continue my studies in order to gain knowledge and experiences by academic research.
Because of the absence of safety and stability in Syria, this academic study seems to be impossible to complete. I can hardly and sometimes never able to reach my faculty, as well as the difficult living conditions that do not reach for the lowest grades of human requirements, and also the absence of all means of scientific research, such as the Internet, it has become difficult to complete my study in Syria.
Through TURKIYE BURSLARI scholarship the window of hope is opening again for me to complete my study in your highly esteemed university to improve my professional skills and to gain a lot of experiences.
I am applying for this program as I believe my academic and professional qualifications make me the ideal candidate. My bachelor’s degree is directly related to this master’s and has equipped me with the background necessary to thrive in this field of study. My professional experiences have helped me develop as an IT professional under a wide array of influences. I expect the stimulation of an academic environment will broaden my perspective as a software engineer. The focus of the program on the practical implementation of the course matter along with an opportunity for internship is what I look forward to the most.
This scholarship opportunity I perceive as an extraordinary opportunity to interact with students and scholars from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds coming from the entire World. This type of networking is very important for integration of different ideas and perspectives pertaining to diverse global issues.
At the end I would like to point out that I am determined to make the most out of the scholarship program. I believe that being a student in your department would not only empower my career development, but would give me the framework to utilize my full potentials.
