check my mistakes, please

1. My friend is showing me a new lesson, can I ask this:
- Where did you take it from?
2. Let's have a drink after we break this hour, shall we?
3. That restaurant must not be very good. It is always empty.
4. This palace is full of cultural assets.
5. A: Take this book to Jenny over there, please.
B: What colour does she wear?
6. Bill and Jane go away on holiday very often. So, they can't be in short of money.

7. The following sentences which one is correct:
- I wonder why didn't she say "Hello"? or I wonder why she didn't say "Hello".
- I wonder why don't our children visit us more often? or I wonder why our children don't visit us more often.
- (The doorbell rings) I wonder who that is or I wonder who is that?
