00 First of all, I ordered the CD- player two weeks ago, and received it yesterday, although it clearly says in your advertisment that it should arrive within ten days.Furthermore, a package which contained the CD-player was totally damaged. After opening the parcel I realised that the commodity have been already used. I decided to check how it works and I was dissapointed because of a lack of the remote control.
