00 00I’m a person who loves traveling a lot and I had taken a trip with your company on Nghe An at Fri Fed 13 and I still had a good time but I think that this trip is not really good at all. I and my family had gotten many problems and it broke the trip so I write this letter to explain for your company about the defect and I hope that will help your company and I will have a better trip with your company in the future.02br

00 00The facilities are the most important problem. The first big problem is the TV is broken and it made me upset a lot because I didn’t know about anything such as weather, news and I don’t have something to relax. My mom is also disappointing when she didn’t see any dishwasher and it’s very tired for her after a long day travel around.02br

00After that, other problems broke out trips and we felt angry a lot. The first time when we go there we lost nearly one day to clean the house because of its terrible mess. And everything is more difficult to do it because all the shops shut on the first day. I also didn’t find milk and coffee on the second days and we had a breakfast without drinks.02br

00More services are a good for me when I take another trip with your company because this will make us feel more comfortable. The first thing is for the people who had a trip like me have a refund. I don’t mean it’s must a 100 percent refund but this make me want another trip. Other services such as free weekend or more places to travel is very good for us to choose.02br
