Tehran, the city i borned and grow up and lived for 26 years, located in north of iran with 17 million pupollation and is been capital of iran since 1795.before that tehran was a small ,well known village. the village was growing every day since karim khan's trip.he liked the weather so he dicided to build a government office in tehran.
i born in tehran in october 1975.the first memory i have is our samll house which was in center of tehran and there was a beauty salon at the same street and always was full of customers.I remember may dad had a yellow ford and he used to take us everywhere by that car.my sister Parisa borned when i was 2 years old we were like a tweenwe were together all time we were insame middle school and same high school.I'm getting far from the subject which is Tehran , a beautiful crowded city that i'm missing there every moment..tehran has lots of attraction and cultural place to visit such as palaces that belonges shah and his father, grand mantions in north of city,church ,musques.north of is a best place to live because of the smooth weather an distance from center of city .center and south areas in tehran are so crowded all time because of the main and important department ,businesses that located there more than north side.the palaces are musume now so everyone can see the gorgeous palace in north of tehran.beside of many attractive place such as parks musumes malls ,my favorite place was tochal telacabin ski over tochal. tochal was a town in 100 miles of tehran that was cols indeed in winter. ttochal telecabin resort was built 1974. it had 3 lines ,which line had 3 station from begining to the end from tehran to tochal. it was the most fun to go there in winter time. the mountains in north of tehran was always white 8 mounyhs a year and wad a beautiful view for tehran. also we used to go to tochal ski resort which was world's fifth highest ski resort.sking was an expencive sport so only wealthy people could afford it. i did't know how to ski but we used to play in snow all time.iranian always were preparing to celebrate the new yearat the begining of spring. one of the most beautiful time of year was new year. there were a lot of bazzar in down town and there was only one in north side of city.at the new year time most of store departments put their items on sale to attract more customers. blossom i all trees represent an reminded u the spring , new year new clothes ang gifts from older people in family. having gift from my grand mom ang aunties eas the best thing in newyear for me and other kids in family.schools were closed at end of spring and students were ready to have 3 mounths fun and relaxing timeuntil first of october.
in summer we used to travel to other city and syay there for couple weeks. the best trip was going to caspian sea beach in north of iran. we were really excited to go there.we had to drive 4,5 hours in narrow twisted road that was built by the mountain and you could see the deep vallies all the way to the small town.the various trees,plants,grasses, made the vallies icredible and amazing.after days full of joys and fun, the leaving time was really difficult. the most memorable travel was Kish . kish is a new and beautiful port by the persian gulf that is growing every day. my first ship riding experience was in kish. beside of diffrent and beautiful cities i traveld to , i liked tehran the most because tehran was the most modern city in iran.
beside of all good remembrance ,i have bad rememberance as well that was the war betwee iran -iraq 1980-1988. the war was over a river that each coutry claimed that is the owner of the river. tehran attacted many times by iraq planes and some place were dameged and many people were killed.
i grow up there and gratuated from high school and attended to university. i met my boyfried at university and we really had good time together although we knwe that we will be seprate one day for my desicion that was going to america.i always check the news of iran and i know iran is been changed a lot since 9 years ago.tehran inow is very larger than before with more pupolation which is 17 millon.I really miss tehran ,the big ,beautiful,modern city in north of iran which is iran's capital and will remain my hometown for ever.
