this is my acdemic essay, but i don't know that i wrote correctly or not.

so i want check and revise this such as grammar, puctuation, phargraph.. plz

What is the best attitude or manner when we use the cellular phone?

In 21c in which we live today, cellular phones have become more common within our society. It has become a necessities from children to the elder. Using the cellular phone is very convenient, because we can use it whenever, wherever, when I need to make or get the call. Specially, we can use it as a PC by using smart phones such as I-phone that be made by Apple, Galaxy S that be made by Samsung...,

However, on the contrary to this, there are some problems with using the cellular phone, because new technologies are developing more faster, but we are not mature enough to consider other people, as faster as the developing technologies. So people use the cellular phone thoughtlessly regardless of the time, the place. For example, most of the people use the it in a public place loudly such as a library, a theater and public transportation... It makes other people feel uneasy, and to interfere with others work. Also people who have a class or meeting and use cellular phone, at the same time can not concentrate on their work. It can cause a loss to yourself.

Then, how can we avoid it? What is the best attitude or manner when we use the cellular phone? I think that we need to comply with some etiquettes for all. I have some idea to observe the rules of etiquette. First, we should not use cellular phone in a public place. If we need to get a call unavoidably, we have to go out or get a call at quiet. Second, we have to change the ring signal mode by using "manner mode", which at the press of a button turns off the ring signal. Specially, when you are in a public place. final, when we have a class or meeting, we have to turn off the cellular phone or put it in a bag with manner mode to concentrate on work well.

In conclusion, nowadays we are living in the era of high technology. It makes us do live more convenient, but it makes many opportunities for people to be rude and obnoxious as well. Specially, using the cellular phone is the most obvious one. Therefore, first we should be a matured people better than now. First of all considering other people need for not only others but also myself. Second, we have to comply with some etiquettes that I mentioned above.

To sum up, do not use the cellular phone in a public place, change the ring signal with manner mode, turn off or put in a bag with manner mode when you have a class or meeting. These are how to improve our life of using phone. If we do like these, we enjoy our life more with the high technology.
