For a description of a hotel check in time, I know the follow #1 is suffice, without "after " or "at." However, in case I need to add the latest check in time. Do I use the preposition as described in #2 ? or is # 3 suffice?
#1 Check in time : 2 pm. #2 Check in time from 2 pm to 10 pm #3 Check in time : 2 pm to 10 pm

Correction: suffice does it suffice? is it sufficient? I would go with both prepositions, from and to , just for the sake of parallel structure.
