Check in / out at a hotel

Hmm, thank you for your fast reply. But just in theory would this sentence be correct from a grammatical point of view? Or would the awkward but nonetheless correct sentence be "by what time will(!) I need to have checked out at the very latest?". It all comes down to the usage of the present perfect in "By the time clauses" regarding future events. I try to understand the rules that govern such complicated sentence structures.
For example, which of these would be right?
I need to have done this by the time you come homeI will need to have done this by the time you come homeI will have him clean the kitchen by the time I come home.

I have him clean the kitchen by the time I come home.

Thank you again!
