Check in / out at a hotel

Assume I want to check in / out at a hotel and have a question regarding the ceck in / out time. Which sentences would you deem right?

"By what time / When do I need to have checked out / at the very latest?" (not sure about the present perfect construction here)

"By what time / When do I have to check out / at the very latest?"

"What time is the earliest I could / can check in?"

Thank you!
