Check if that's correct, please

Hello! I have a sentence, but I'm not sure about comma use here:

You can choose among high protein diets for weight loss, if you want to drop some fat, or stick to a diet for women who want to add lean mass.

No. Subordinate clauses after a main clause are generally not set off by a comma. Use the comma if the subordinate clause comes first.

[main clause] [if / unless / since / until / when / while / before / after / ...] ....
OR
[If / Unless / Since / Until / When / While / Before / After / ...]
