Check if natural

Hello. I'm a non-native speaker. I have written this and would really like someone to check if it's natural. Thank you.

I don't know why I got fired. It can be a lot of things. I guess sometimes I tended to question the way the company did things. That might be one of the reasons. But it was never in a disrespectful way, so I don't know. It's just hard, because I would really like to know what I did wrong, so I can try to change it in the future.

To me, it sounds natural. Be aware that it is not (overly) formal. A formal version might start something like: "the reasons for my dismissal are not clear.
