I write with great interest in applying for the position of the student exchange program. I strongly believe that the ******** University will provide me with an exciting opportunity as well as more than a credible experience.

Getting away from home, out of my comfort zone in a new place among new faces and friends is my idea of getting good experience. It has always my dream to go abroad to study and fulfill my father’s wish to do so. I could see my dream getting real while reading the invitation email. Apart from doing good in my academics I have as well participated in the various extra co-curricular activities organized every now and then at our college. I have an inquisitive mind that keeps wondering about how teaching and college life would be like abroad and what better way than experiencing it by myself.

My career goal is to get the best of education and be able to apply my knowledge it in the real practical world. Alongside being an intern for a NGO, I used my summer break to frequent my father’s company. Being a bit shy to new surrounding as well as anxious to the infinite possibilities, I think this student exchange program gives me the perfect opportunity to open up and rapidly increase my learning curve. Besides, I like travelling and Germany sure is a great place to visit anyways. Travelling to various places and gaining knowledge of various business ethics is the best way of learning international business. I am also keen on learning foreign languages and experiencing its culture.

English has already become one of the most important abilities in the global society. When I finish this program, I would have more fluency and confidence to communicate in English than now. Also, in Germany I can meet people from all over the world and experience diverse cultures. I believe I will understand their culture and open to differences that by making foreign friends. I am confident that by the end of my stay there, I will have a good deal of experience and learning to share with my friends back home.

If I want to be born in a bigger world, I have to strive to be the best. I think it'll be the first step to break out of this small world and go out into a bigger world.

I would regard my selection to the exchange program not only as a great honor but also as a great responsibility and an obligation to work hard representing my university.
