Kindly transferred and saved the processed report to (FTP Server location) if it was processed within scheduled time of shift (A,B,C) , in case if it is not possible to save processed report in scheduled time of shift (A,B,C) email pending reports detail status to 'CIS operations user' for next shift, so that user received processed reports on time, in order to avoid bad impression of I.T. operations department
