"the Samsung project" - "the" is required by English grammar rules - an article or pronoun (this, that, our, etc.) is placed in front of nouns. Many people have trouble with these little words! Here are some rules and examples from Purdue University ESL:

The definite article is used before singular and plural nouns when the noun is particular or specific. The signals that the noun is definite, that it refers to a particular member of a group. The is not used with noncountable nouns referring to something in a general sense:

[no article] Intelligence is difficult to quantify.

The is used with noncountable nouns that are made more specific by a limiting modifying phrase or clause:

The coffee in my cup is too hot to drink.
The Japanese he speaks is often heard in the countryside.
The intelligence of animals is variable but undeniable.

The is also used when a noun refers to something unique:

the White House
the theory of relativity
the 1999 federal budget

Your project is something unique, so you have to use "the" in front of it.

Yes, you need the "the."

Samsung should also be capitalized.

At first I put both pots on the stove after that I put the water in pot. After that I turn on the stove at same time and wait to water boil. I check the temperature of water by using thermometer. I put the pasta in the boil water . I put one spoon of salt in the pot. I start the timer of 30 seconds when it goes off I stop the timer and taste the pasta . I repeat it three times.
