The name is as a trade-mark so I will make an effort in order to creat my own.

How to make sentence sound more great? Without a context, I'm not completely clear about your meaning. Do you mean you can't use this name, so you will use another?

I mean everybody has a name and he make an effort, so that when people hear about him, they know who he is, what he can do. It is the same when you hear about trade-mark of firms, you aready know what the firms are, and how they are well-known

Dondb, you are talking about a BRAND, which is what people think about when they hear a company name. The trademark is simply the name that has been registered so that no one else can use it.

There is the idiom 'to make a name for yourself', meaning to become well-known in a positive way.

eg He made a name for himself as an athlete or Bill Gates made a name for himself in computing.
