In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

In some nations, there is a vital matter about the personal’s ownership of a house. In these countries, it is necessary to own a house rather than renting one.

I think this is the case due to the general thought that no one want to use other’s stuff forever. In today’s world, each person desires their own individual properties, writers for instance, they have their own proprietary writings. They can sell their arts for benefit or do what ever they want with them. As a human, everyone will always want to decide what happens with their own possession without asking.

On the one hand, you have your own house mean you have all rights to do anything with it. For example, home can be decorated, had overnight parties or receptions while you can’t even paint the wall of the rent accommodation without owner permission. Renting is also stresses you with anything can happen in your daily life especially one day the landlord don’t want to have you as a tenant

On the other hand, renting a house could be a relief when it comes to your finance. As a renter, you won’t ought to worry about housing problems like: pay land-tax, take loans, and spent a large sum of money to buy a dwelling. You also don’t need to pay attention to broken furniture because the responsibility is belonged to whom own it.

In conclusion, I believe we need to have a home which is considered as a fixed asset to live and thrive. I personally would rather own my residence not only because of a sustainable life but also for my next generation.
