Check and Correction

Hello!

Could you, please, check and correct my sentence:

"thank you for working thorough the payment of this order. Given the
interest of time would it be any way possible to perhaps ship the
equipment to Sochi while the payment is being processed"

"Thank you for working through the payment of this order. " --- although ("while the payment") where you are living may determine while / whilst. I think the Americans don't do 'whilst' so much but I would probably say 'whilst' here as it's followed by a 't' of 'the'.

I wasn't sure what you were intending by "working through the payment" - it makes it sound like a long calculation or that it was a particular effort to get it through
