This is to certify that XXX deals in conventional Detectors/Sensors and thus in its capacity of an active dealer of these products, hereby, in good faith, informs the concerned parties and individuals that neither of the following Detectors/Sensors, multicriteron in nature, is/are UL listed.

Please let me know if the above paragrap is correct.
