I am not that fond of winters. It is bad. I just can't move out of my bed and my feet and fingers are as cold as ice.

What you have is not incorrect, but I would say it a little differently. I am not that fond of winter, and the winter is particularly bad this year. I just can't get out of bed, and my fingers and toes are as cold as ice.

I'd say "fingers and toes" or "hands and feet". I didn't know what you meant by "It is bad."
