cheapest vs most cheap

well, there is 3 things of juice, and apple juice is 5$, orange juice is 3$, pineapple juice is only 1$

now, say the pineapple juice is most cheap of all or is cheapest, either both?

Generally, use cheapest.

I've been looking for flights, and Southwest has the cheapest fares.

By the way, it's $5, $3, $1, not 5$, 3$, 1$.
You write the dollar sign first, but say it last: $5 = 5 dollars.
