Hello Alphecca,

Could you tell me how you would say the following please? Is market price and market value the same?
I bought the house under market price. The market price this house was 200000 and I was able to get him for 150000.
The market price is what the house is worth right?
Is this synonymous to you?
The market price is 2000.
He is worth 2000.
