cheap/cheaply

Hi everyone!

I'm really confused about this one. My first thought was "cheaply"; how, however, I think it could be "cheap".

It depends if you want an adverb to modify the verb (the process) or an adjective to modify the noun (product.)

I see your point but I think your example may have a skewed angle and I apologize if I am wrong.

"I want to get them as freshly as possible." ---- I still won't say "freshy" as used in the sentence.

Wife: how hot would you like your water dear?
Husband: Well, as hotly as possible....

Would you think "hotly" will work?
