Which are correct:

1) I was very charmed by his manners.

2) I was much charmed by his manners.

3) I was very much charmed by his manners.

4) I was charmed very much by his manners.

All are OK, although to me they mostly sound a bit old-fashioned. More common is eg His manners were charming. eg He was charming.
