Charlotte's web

"Well, I am pretty. There's no denying that. Almost all spiders are rather nice-looking. I'm not as flashy as some, but I'll do."

I quoted it from Charlotte's web chapter 5. What I can't understand is the sentence 'I'll do'. Why did Charlotte mean when she said "I'm not as flashy as some, but I'll do."? What sentence should be followed by 'I'll do'?
