These credit card charges were not done by me.

Can I say this to a banker?

Is there another way of saying it instead using done.

It's not very idiomatic. I'd say eg I don't recognize these transactions, They are not mine. eg These transactions should not be on my statement.

It's not very idiomatic.

I'd say
eg I don't recognize these transactions, They are not mine.
eg These transactions should not be on my statement.
eg didn't charge these things.

The word you could use in place of "done" is "incurred".

However, if I had to say this to a banker, I'd probably say "I didn't buy those things", or something like that.
