Charge

Are these sentences correct:



a) "These bateries have run out of charge."


b) "These bateries have run out of energy."


c) "These bateries have no charge."



Note: By this, I mean that they "don't work".

For non-rechargable batteries, it's "These batteries are dead." I believe the Brits say they are flat. In the case of rechargables, I guess I might say, "These batteries need to be charged" or "These batteries have no charge."
