Is this natural?

You reversed the charge on my credit card.

I was wrongly charged and asked her to reverse the charge.

There was a charge of $120 on my card.

My phone doesn't hold charge.

In BrE reverse the charges can mean call collect, i.e. the recipient of a phone call agrees to pay for the call.
