Is a characteristic consistent or typical within a person?
I am referring to the emotional part of a person. For example, honesty. If you say someone is honest, does that imply that they are typically honest (most of the time), or consistently honest (all the time)? How about if you say that someone is mean (same question as above)?
What about: “He has a great characteristic - the ability to not get mad when dealing with frustrating people.” Is this typical or consistent?
