Can i use the following phrases to describe a teacher? Please help correct any mistake. Thanks

organizing extracurricular activities
being responsible and dedicated

I'm writing a CV to apply for a school therefore I have to describe myself.
For #3, instead of using 'plenty of', can I use 'a lot of' to make it formal, or what phrase should I use?

A good deal of sounds better to me. You could also be specific and tell how many months of experience, hours of practicum, etc.
