Character profile

I am a primary school teacher, and I would like some assistance to improve my grammar; my degree was software engineering, not exactly helpful now ;-)
If you think I could be better served by purchasing a specific book then please do say so.

To the point, I am going to be writing a character profile with a class of 5/6 year olds', and I'd like to make sure I get the grammar write.

Here is my model; please would you help me to improve it.

Appearance
Never ever go in the forest if you can hear a motorbike engine roaring because…..it will be that cheeky little rascal…. Little Rabbit Foo Foo! He has chubby cheeks, furry paws and a fluffy tail so he looks cute but he is actually extremely naughty. When you meet him you will see that he has beady eyes, wiry bristly whiskers and a treacherous grin and you wouldn’t like to hear his evil laugh. When he is told that he will be turned into a goonie he has a sulky face on him. Sitting on his plump tummy are blue dungarees. In his hand he holds his red, rounded mallet, ready to bop animals on the head while in the other hand he has his butterfly net for scooping them up.

Personality
Although he looks kind, he is mean and selfish and always thinks about himself. He and the Good Fairy are not the best of friends because he is disrespectful and defiant. He doesn’t listen at all and he doesn’t care about the other animals when he bops them on the head. While he is bopping them on the head he giggles with delight! He risks being turned into a goonie – he is the worst rabbit in the whole world! But don’t be too scared because he is called Little Rabbit Foo Foo!
