Changing the structure of a division chart
Hi
I have been hired for new job as division head, and after i checked the organisation chart of the division i found its not suitable for the division function therefor i want to change it.
To change the Org chart i need to propose a new one to my manager therefor i need help on writing a good letter to confines him
so please help
