Q: The question was so difficult that no student in the class could answer it.
A:(1) The question was too difficult for all students in the class to answer.
A:(2) The question was too difficult for all the students in the class to answer.
A:(3) The question was too difficult for any student in the class to answer.
A:(4) The question was too difficult for any students in the class to answer.
A:(5) The question was too difficult for every student in the class to answer.
Are these answers all correct? Thanks a lot.

I find the sentences with "all" and "every" somewhat unsatisfactory -- or, rather, I tend to read "all" in a sense somewhat different from the one that I think you intend. (3) and (4) are OK; by preference I would use (3).
