What the speaker want to convey with saying "changes non of this", can you help me understand to what the speaker refer to? Thanks

While that may well be true, I don't see the point of using it as evidence that Covid-19 vaccines won't work, which seems to be the connection he's trying to establish, even though it's a false connection. Ridding the world of that virus and protecting yourself from that virus are two completely different things.
