Change to/for Vs Change

Dear teachers,

If I have two pens, say, "A" and "B", and while using the first, I find that it does not write well, hence, I want to use "B". Which of the following use of "change" is grammatical in the context described:

1. Pen "A" does not write well, therefore, I have changed pen.

2. Pen "A" does not write well, therefore, I have changed to another pen.

3. Pen "A" does not write well, therefore, I have changed for another pen.

Thank you very much.
