Change or get changed

Hi

I read this sentence in a (Macmillan) Dictionary in the entry of weary.

They collapsed on to their beds, too weary to get changed.

Shouldn't it be 'too weary to change'?

Thanks,

Tom

'Get changed' meaning to change clothes is normal. Otherwise you would probably say 'too weary to change out of their clothes'.
