CHANGE OF SCHEDULE/PAY RATE

I NEED TO WRITE A LETTER TO MY CLIENT CONCERNING CHANGE OF SCHEDULE, CLIENT HAS REQESTED 12HRS 4DAYS/W, BUT THE PAY RATE IS TOO LOW FOR SUCH SHORT HOURS, THIS MEANS CLIENT WOULD HAVE TO PAY DIFFERENCE AS THE INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER MUCH
