Change of Designation Letter

Hello Friends,

I have been asked to write a change of designation letter to the Director of Human Resource in my institution.

I am currently an Administrative Assistant and have pursued a Master of Philosophy programme. I am suppose to write a letter to change from an Administrative Assistant to a Research Assistant. Please kindly assist me.
