Of course, it can be very dificult but, the important fact is, that is possible, and this fact is amazing, it isn't?. Moreover, we don't need to achieve it at 100% for enjoy the benefits, we only need to try it sincerely, and the results will come.

I think the begining is the only dificult thing in this case. The hardest in my opinion is get a equilibrium, being well-ballanced with every thought and feeling that you have.
