Change into standard English

This has been taken from song lyrics:

Bales of cocaine, fallin' from low-flyin' plane
I don't know who done dropped 'em, but I thank 'em just the same
Bales of cocaine, fallin' like a foriegn rain
My life changed completely by the low-flyin' planes

Could you please change the underlined sentence into standard English?

In standard English it means simply, "I don't know who dropped them."

Hope this helps.

I think it means "I don't know who has dropped them", and it's used as a present perfect, but I can't be sure. I have already heard of that form though.

On Wednesday 6th April 2022, the bank deposit and the deposit to accounting were not done. The cause of this problem was the other vault clerk reconciled all the pans and the safe without asking if my work was done. I deposited the money into the system on the following day.
