Change in duty and standby mode

I would be grateful if someone to correct my short letter.



Dear IT colleagues

As discussed with Mr. ABC, the speed of fan no.1 is not fulfilled the present condition. Therefore, fan no.1 shall be arranged to standby status and fan no.2 shall be arranged to duty status with immediate effect. Please IT colleagues update the program.
