Assuming dressing means clothes, it should be "I went to the hospital to change my clothes for the last time today."

The dressing in here means "a special piece of material used to cover and protect a wound".

Example: The nurse came to change his dressing.

Then just put 'dressing' where 'clothes' is.

Hi,

Or perhaps to be more precise: "I went to the hospital to have my dressing changed for the last time today." I didn't change it myself, someone else did it for me.

Best wishes, Clive
