1. Don't ler her cut you out of the baby's life because she needs you.

- What does "cut you out of the baby's life" mean here?

2. Have you been to court yet? Is your name on the birth certificate?

- I think ".............to the court yet?" is better, right?

3. I imagine her mind will change down the road and you need to be prepared for that.

- What does "her mind will change down the road" mean here?

4. I'm very free going about my weight, I know I'm overweight but I don't care.

- What does "free going" mean here?
